MCPF II Portfolio Company Vox Mobile Names Monica Bruni as CEO
There's a new CEO at Vox Mobile Inc., a mobile device management company in Independence.
The company announced in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 13, that its board of directors appointed Monica Bruni as CEO to succeed Kris Snyder, who announced his resignation earlier this year. Snyder founded Vox Mobile in 2006.
Bruni brings more than 25 years of diverse experience in multi-national manufacturing environments and global leading, fast-paced technology organizations. Prior to joining Vox, she served as the Vice President, Business Operations for TrueCommerce. During her tenure at TrueCommerce, the organization experienced double digit revenue growth and EBITDA expansion resulting in multiple changes in control.
“I’m thrilled to join Vox and continue to build upon the legacy of success,” stated Monica. “I look forward to growing a focused culture and advancing our managed mobility strategy as technology continues to shift how our clients drive value from mobility,” she continued.
In addition to Bruni’s appointment as CEO, Vox Mobile’s Board of Directors confirmed Tara McLoughlin as Chief Operating Officer. Since joining Vox Mobile in March as the SVP of Operations, McLoughlin has focused on increasing operational efficiency and spearheading multiple technology upgrades. Mcloughlin has more than 20 years of experience in running operations both in business and technology leadership roles. In her most recent position as the Leader of Internal Product Delivery at InContact, Inc., she led a team that identified and delivered business process automation opportunities with the potential to realize over $6M in net value to the organization.
Mutual Capital Partners is thrilled to welcome them to the team!
